Our cellar - the Dominican monastery - is a monument of the XIIIth century.

During 5 centuries - from 1290 to 1791 -, the Dominican monastery radiates on the life of Collioure.

Since 1791, St Dominic's church, becomes state-owned property and is used as artillery deposit.

In 1926, the vine growers of Collioure install their cellar in this imposing and picturesque masonry.

Today, we exploit 130 ha, exclusively on the commune of Collioure, for a production average of 1.200 Hl of Aoc Collioure and 2.000 Hl of Vdn Banyuls.
